This was the second and last time I had tried sx-70 manipulations before they announced the newer versions of this film won't be able to be manipulated anymore. For this one I used a blow dryer to heat it up and a knitting needle to smudge the chemicals.

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. Did you know that all SX-70 film is being discontinued by Polaroid early next year? What are we going to feed our cameras with now?!

do you know when it was the polaroid announced that it is no longer able to be manipulated? i'm searching for old time zero film and trying to figure out just how old it needs to be.

I've seen that mod and I'm actually lookin forward to experimenting with it as I think the modern 600 film is under-rated sometimes so it will be interesting to push it to a new level.
